Thank you for visiting and shopping at Den Den Lab! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing Time (Dispatch)
Because Den Den Lab is lovingly run by a single independent creator, all items are processed, packaged, and shipped by hand.
- Standard orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.
- Wholesale or bulk orders require extended production schedules. Please refer to your custom invoice or contact us directly for your specific bulk timeline.
- We process and ship orders during our core customer service hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm UK Time. We do not ship packages on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer multiple delivery speeds to suit your needs.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom (Domestic Shipping)
- Standard Shipping: Delivered in 2-4 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: Delivered in 1-2 business days after dispatch.
- Free Standard Shipping: Automated at checkout for all UK orders totaling £100 or more.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking link will become active within 24 hours.
4. Wrong Address & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the delivery address once an item has been dispatched.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to re-send the items.
- If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with your neighbours or your local delivery office before emailing us.
